With our current technology, would it be possible to build King Kai's planet in real life?. I mean a working one, that floats and has gravity so you can walk on it.

You mean have 1g on its surface? No, we currently don't have the tech for that part. If we could use and manipulate neutrons from a neutron star then there's a chance we could gather just enough to have 1g. But, I'm not up on how they'd react to no longer being compacted under the excessive gravity of the neutron star.

Even if the thing was pure uranium you couldn't get it to reach 1g.
