I wanna make like 30 gallons of monomethylhydrazine for a rocket. Like I could start with 500 mg for testing and shit but eventually I want to get to 30 gallons.

I could maybe use tetramethylethylenediamine instead but that has a big ass name so I assume it would be harder to make :P

I got this video for hydrazine but how do I make it monomethal?

I got a shitload of glassware and rotovaps and shit but the biggest shit I have is a 5 gallon glass tank thingy with a rubber coated base. How do you turn this into a flow process instead of a batch process? Or should I just get some big ass stainless steel tanks?

if you have to ask in a venue like this, you're so fucking stupid that you shouldn't be attempting it
I indulged you with a serious response that you don't even deserve - get fucked.

Do you have any idea about the toxicity of this stuff? You might easily. kill yourself with this. And with 30 gallons of this stuff you will wipe out the entire neighbourhood.

Also, do you have even the faintest idea about handling this stuff? The word "hypergolic" is not just a cool name.

If the feds ever followed this board I am sure they are putting on their haz mat gear as we speak.

I hear that mercaptans make a spiffy fuel.

And please let us know how this experiment goes. Though I am not holding my breath.

Well, OP may be in India.

Also I wanted to see if he had even the most basic knowledge of chemistry. Looks questionable.

Should we bring up the "good pair of running shoes" compound yet?
