How should one go about learning to integrate well? Is there a good resource to teach yourself various methods, preferably not just how to do them but to understand how they work as well?

Study anal (Tao or Zorich is a good start) for insight, practice on Demidovich.

Learn and do lots of differentiation
there is no process to integration, just a theorem that links to differentiation. so it's mostly get thing into form you know how to solve and then solve it

If you *really* want to make it easy, take a class on Analysis.

Don't listen to this guy, just study the blue Rudin book.

Spivak's Integral exercises are really great as well, even the easier ones, he likes putting stuff so you have insights about the subjects and future topics.

Just go through Big Daddy Rudin and you'll be set. Don't listen to the babby Rudin suggestions; they'll only lead you along a subpar path through pathetic Riemann-Stieltjes integration.
