Why warming is bad exactly?

>> No.9158677 [DELETED]

eventually it will frizzle us up into niggers

Because sudden changes in temperature cause sudden changes in climate, which rather significantly disrupts ecosystems and societies that are built upon the current climates.

Generally, outcomes that are very costly, like global warming, are considered bad.

Because our society is adapted to current weather and temperatures. If the climate changes, we won't be able to grow crops in places where we used to be able to do so. Also some coastal cities will be underwater.

subtropics (lat. 23.5-40) will lose 50-75% of rainfall by 450ppm/2C (around 2030)
which will hit food production globally

Wrong question.

What you should be asking is "why fossil fuels are bad?".

Kill the biosphere, destroy the atmosphere and surface of the planet. Basically render it uninhabitable, or only inhabited by certain microorganisms.

Generally shift in the balance of the world is bad. Also some places will get colder, have floods, etc. Though in the long-run, it'll all heat up.

Just symptoms of worse to come. If you feel that way then kill yourself right now, otherwise you're just an edgy kid or a hypocrite.

A lot of species and human life will be lost faster than if there was none.

N.Y. latitude: 40.7

It's not, really, we're just terraforming the entire earth. The dominant evolutionary strategy is to be good at living off humans and surviving in cities. Great for humans, raccoons, rats, cockroaches, corn, and grass, not so great for polar bears, jaguars, and penguins.

They won't be able to breed as fast either way, be it through famine or whatever.

>>9161577

I live in a country with a stable population number, not our fault that these idiots can't get into their heads that breeding like rabbits is not a good idea when your country cant even cope with your current population.

>>9161620

Don't even live in America, I'm sure you'll figure it out.
