Unfortunately you are never going to get an answer that doesn't end in "We don't know". Every thing we observe just seems to break down into smaller parts that seem to just be made of "empty space".

Particles don't exist, or at least from what we understand of them they don't exist. Every tool we use is inaccurate to some degree because we're observing an infinite hologram like universe where the closer you look, the more parts emerge. Nothing AT REST has never been recorded, only predicted and measured.

Energy is nothing more than pressure mediation. It goes from where it is to where it isn't based on things like permeability, permittivity, acceleration etc.. When you beak it down all it is is a perturbation of the ether.

Doesn't exist

Doesn't exist either

Space has no properties and acts upon nothing, therefore it also does not exist. "Empty space" still contains energy and matter.

>What are the fundamental forces made from?
There is no other force then what you would call the "electromagnetic force". Gravity as it's own force has never been proved or observed, it is merely incoherent dielectric inertia raining down from the universe onto the earths magnetic field...your own atoms magnetic field.
