What is your sleep pattern and are you strict with your sleeping schedule ?

term time: 22:00 - 5:30 depends on lecture times though
holidays: 1:30 - 11:00

not really that strict tbqh as long as i get around 7/8 hours

5 or 6 am to 1 pm 6 times a week.

It depends on if I'm studying or not. I'm required to be awake at 6am, and go to sleep at 10:30-11pm. I do this out of necessity; as I get affected by sleep deprivation pretty harshly.
Weekends and breaks are completely different; I usually start sleeping at 3am and wake anywhere between 11am-1:30pm.
