I don't know if it is the whole gap, but unless you have a solid experiment that demonstrates it to be true when we already have plausible explanation in "Africans kept getting kicked when they when already down", why would you go to the racial basis of intelligence first?

Or have there been such experiments? Because it always seems like as long as blacks in the US and such are living in a world that whites don't fully experience, I don't think you can make direct comparisons of the performance between the two.

My own hypothesis is that maybe you can get some vague impressions but I think they're overstated and the differences are so minimal that when considering an individual for a job position or such, it's meaningless and you should just weigh their accomplishments
