so the new intelligence genetic study (my school library doesn't have the study yet and it's behind a 300 dollar paywall so i can't even read it msyelf) says CSE1L is highly associated with iq according to phys.org

see this screen shot, it's from 23andme and it said "not genotyped" for a certain marker, so does that mean i didn't have the gene at that marker? it's only marked in 4 out of 10 spots , does that mean i'm a brainlet? btw, i'm 89% sub-saharan african.
