I see this infographic all the time, and I just don't understand it.

How can one ethnic group be measurably worse at something like IQ tests, but not worse at things like eye exams, fitness evaluations, etc.? How is it possible that genes truly favors some geographically separated groups over others when it comes to intelligence?

his argument is sound, you cannot possibly perform well at an IQ test if you are barely literate. Now we know some groups may be dumber than average, but do you agree that anyone who doesn't have down syndrome and serious mental disorders, however dumb they may be, they still have the potential to be functionally literate? I would go as far as to say anyone who doesn't have a legit mental disorders can potentially learn up to Calc III, even bellow average folk. It just takes more effort and maybe methods of route memorization. Some people don't have any of the former because of lack of motivation and lack of discipline (father absence), just plain being lazy fucks, thus they end up barely literate and barely knowing how to deal with fractions.

I'd like to see the distribution of IQ between white people raised by single mothers or divorced parents, and compare it to the dist. of white people raised by both their parents.

Inbreeding is only bad in that it also increases the expression of recessive genes. If you're willing to cull, it's actually the best way to ensure strong genetics are passed.
