How do I hack my psychology and become super productive, /sci/? I always tell myself I'll start studying this, fix my sleep schedule, fix my diet, etc., but I never do. What's going wrong in my brain when I don't follow through with these promises I made to myself? How do I fix it?

You need to design your life in ways that makes it easy to do these things. It is very easy to motivate yourself to do something hard for a day, a week, or a month, but eventually you get tired. So you need to find a way to enjoy eating healthily, studying, and fixing your diet.

One of the ways to do this is with rewards substitution, you need to pair the unpleasant things with things you enjoy and look forward too.

Get a job. It will force you to fix your schedule and put you in a never ending shortage of time.
