Some things you dream have scientifical meanings? Like, your brain trying to warn you or making an analysis of a situation?
Who should I talk to if I want to know what my dream means?

Tl;dr: op had the spookiest nightmare and seeks confortable hands and brains

Some theorize that the unconscious brain is capable of processing stimuli that never passed into conscious awareness. Some, going off this, suggest that dreams could have a "prophetic" quality to them in the sense that your unconscious mind is trying to warn you about information you didn't consciously process. Is that actually true and or possible? Who knows. Dreams and sleep in general are not terribly well understood. In all probability though, a sp00ky dream is likely just a sp00ky dream without any deeper meaning.

Brain just probably dreams about random things based on your daily life. If you have been in trouble lately you are likely to have nightmares and those can just be your brain telling you that you need to move out of those problems
