humans will move on from sexual reproduction much sooner than this becoming an issue. The Y will be considered obsolete in the next millennium.

no

Here's the entirety of the article

an Australian biologist, is probably best known for a dire prediction: the human Y chromosome, which makes males male, could disappear in the next 5 million years. In the last 190 million years, the number of genes on the Y has plummeted from more than 1,000 to roughly 50, a loss of more than 95 percent. The X chromosome, in contrast, stands strong at roughly 1,000 genes.

You can't really predict anything like that since human evolution is so different.

people will obviously still have sex.
but why play the lottery with the genes of your child?
that would just be unethical.

more likely scenario is everyone just has sex with physically ideal robots and/or VR machines, and the companies that make them collect the sperm and have scientists in charge of deciding which ones are used

Have you "looked" away from your phone long enough to see all the cowardly she-males. When the ship sinks they dress up as girls to get off before ALL the other guys and will even get on before little boys because they'll squeal. They have no shame. Nothing is too dirty for them, which these guys have long ago proven.

If there is one thing on which you'd have to be brain dead to think Trump is wrong, it's the media.

The human Y chromosome is similar in content to the Rhesus monkey Y chromosome, which we diverged from over tens of millions of years ago. The Y chromosome will not degrade much any time soon.
