Meaning of Life

Tier 1:
The meaning of life is to pass on your genes.

Tier 2:
The meaning of life is to pass on your genes through sexual reproduction to ensure genetic differences that will allow some of your offspring to better compete in a specific enviorment.

Tier 3:
The meaning of life is to pass on your genes sexually with only the strongest partner, both partners must find ways to improve themselves through work and training is they intend to mate. By mating with the strongest partner, the offpring will likely inherit the strong traits of both partners.

Tier 4:
The meaning of life is to work hard so people will respect you for generations to come. In the future, people will no longer judge you based on your offspring, but instead judge you on the character of your work therefore passing on your genes is no longer a priority and population will steadily decrease.

Tier 5:
There is no more meaning to life, the machines have replaced every human job and humans live in a state of constant utopian space communism. The humans have no free will because they trust the machines more because the machines are infinitely wise. Those who rebel are not put down by the machines but by the other people who are accustomed and defensive to this lifestye. In this society, humans live like caged animals untill the last of them dies out.

Tier 6:
There are no more humans and therefore no more meaning to life. What the robots will come up with will be beyond our imagination.
