How can we effectively inform the general population about the importance of IQ, and in particular of the dangers of the increasing numbers of low-IQ people we see in our societies (due to immigration from low-IQ populations, and high birth rates among domestic low-IQ populations)?

I'm not going to say that there is no genetic factor, but the vast majority of difference in IQ between cultures is due to bad education and being poor. IQ differences disappear within one generation, unless they're niggers.
