I´m with the first post, go lie down somewhere quiet and dark, avoid bright light, drink more fluids, have something light and tasty to eat, if you´re hungry, and everything will be all right. You´d need to get like a specfic homepathic and that seems like a hassle. Comfiness is the easier cure here.
