There's no convincing proof for or against, because it's a huge pain in the ass to measure if you want to control for socio-economic reasons. Besides, measuring intelligence is not as easy as it sounds.

Let's just say that if there was a difference, its contribution is negligible compared to environment.

Unless you can point to specific genes and how they contribute to intelligence neurologically and how specifically they differ between "races" (distinct populations), then it's not scientific at all. /sci/ defines scientific as something stemming from the natural sciences, not psychology, psychometrics, social psychology, sociology and all the other rabble. Take that to /his/ or reddit.

Measuring SES is difficult, (notice that first S and tell me how to quantify it), and then there's the historical aspects.

LIKE MENTIONED IN THE PAPER

"The impact of unequal educational quality may be particularly salient for African Americans, whose educational opportunities have been limited due to historical factors..."

Ultimately the study concludes:
"These findings [...] suggest that disadvantages associated with racial minority status and low SES affect the relative influence of literacy and years of education on cognition."
