What does /sci/ think about mathematical engineering?

Huge succes rate. The odds are forever in your favour, calculating the distance from you to me(point A-B)making sense out of the land you see which your eyes perceive.

in short pure brilliance

You mean computer science?

No

I think that it's a good compromise for people like me that love applied math and hate waste time to demonstrate useless things.

Study math for science and engineering application, like computational fluid dynamics

math and science are the same thing. Here in the land of space time.

My university has a masters in that and it looks decent. It is like an specialization for applied research in mathematics. Many of the classes sound like management of applied research projects.

That said, I don't know how useful that would be outside of academia.

Do you think it is useful in America?

I have the same thoughts on mathematical engineering as I do about quantum archaeology
