These scientists, especially Richard Feynman, inspired me to devote my life to understanding the fundamental laws of nature. Therefore, in my eyes the some of the greatest scientists, the world has ever seen.

I believe he did contribute to science in aspects of computer science. In particular, with digital computers to store both sequences of instructions and data.
Among other massive breakthroughs, he is almost always considered the originator of the basic principle of computer, design known as the "von Neumann architecture".
