Could the Banach-Tarski paradox solve the hard problem of consciousness? Would this be enough to create a superintelligent AI? Wouldn't this contradict the Chinese Room argument?

Could the Banach-Tarski paradox solve the hard problem of consciousness? Would this be enough to create a superintelligent AI? Wouldn't this contradict the Chinese Room argument?
