Give it a few years for anything petroleum and even then you are just biding your time till complete collapse.

Study engineering. Its not that hard. Do something like mechanical and you can do pretty much anything. Get internships and make good contacts while you are in school. Networking 1000% more important than your GPA when finding a job.
