I dont have a clue about physics, so help me out with this:

Just in theory; If the sattelite would orbit just a little bit faster than the earth rotation, just so its not stationary, we add something else than a magnet to connect, use a Pole instead of a cord and have a weight to switch the plane for (so there are not any weight differences), COULD THIS WORK?

>> No.8447604

Well, if you had a wire on the satellite that stretched from just below geostationary altitude down to the surface (about 35000 km), this question would still be fucking retarded.

I am well aware of that

Yes.
Basically a space elevator.

>> No.8447645

You would quickly slow down the satellite with the weight of the plane until it can't orbit anymore. This is assuming the rope itself has no weight and the magnet is strong enough to lift the plane for the sake of this being a fun scenario. Maybe if the satellite had infinite fuel and we had hand held magnets we could skip the plane and use this to fly across the world like Superman.

Why aren't there monkey bars everywhere?
Imagine how great the world would be if every sidewalk had monkey bars, and people had to swing everywhere.
Replace crosswalks with higher monkey bars so you don't even have to stop traffic to cross.
replace wheelchairs and mobility scooters with forced euthanasia.

they tried to make some electricity generator with this idea

well the satellite has basically infinite fuel, its got solar panels

Nice try Hitler ;^)

this is actually a pretty good idea desu, just make it so you need some test to prove that you can do it without ever fucking up

If the satellite accelerates the plane, the plane decelerates the satellite. There's no free lunch in physics.

Solar panels can power onboard electronics but you can only carry so much propellant.

Well if you had no atmosphere then yes. Just find the center of mass and then find a stable orbit for it.

You're forgetting about wind resistance tho

It would just be easier to make elevated crosswalks. Also you'll have to deal with the complications of maintaining and cleaning bars that 1000s of people grab every day.

because muh tall cars

pollution-mobiles shouldn't be allowed on the surface, they should be limited to tunnels so fucking retards can smell just how bad they're fucking up the earth

Why not just connect the wheelchair to a harness and hook it onto the monkey bars?
Fuck, you people have no concept of taking the simple way out. You must work for the state.

Wheel chairs are going to become obsolete within 10 years anyway. They already have exoskeletons that can mimic walking. The Asimo robot can climb stairs now.

Aw, u mad, Ameriburger? You mad because your robots can't stand up?

>> No.8449526

No. Magnet force of plane pulls on cord attached to satellite, drawing its orbit lower and lower. Eventually it will re-enter the atmosphere and you'll have nothing left.

Are you just pretending to be retarded or do you not know about the now decade old BostonDynamics robots?
