Time exist because energy exist. Everything we see has energy. Energy is the moving element of time.

Time is a measurement of distance traveled relative to the speed of light. Who cares about the energy? One photon travels one Planck length and we have Plank time, which is the basic unit of time. We really don't care about your esoteric self righteous blah blah blah....
