I'm not a proponent of the 'expanding earth hypothesis', but isn't it a bit strange that the continents fit together perfectly when the earth was smaller?

Whatever's supposed to mesh with the gulf of Mexico, the Indian peninsula, and the west coast of South America is pretty well obscured here. I doubt it really sells anything other than ad revenue for the Web sites that report this.
