I am looking for a scientific calculator that allows me to define functions that i will have to repeat many times.
Not interested in too deep for me programming your calculator with assembly edition, i just need that simple feature and the usual stuff you would find.

Octave/maple/matlab sounds like something you are looking for.

They have easy to use syntax and you need way less programming then making the things yourself e.g. in C.
