If you claim to have free will, I'll ask you to explain how you make a decision.

If you can answer this question by telling me a decision making procedure/algorithm then your decision was deterministic and hence not free.

If you cannot explain how you made a decision, then you obviously had no control over it.

Does this disprove free will? I'm sure it does.

I make decisions by circumstance and need.
For example if I am thirsty, I will drink but I also have the option of not drinking and chance dying of dehydration.

Of course more complex decisions are affected by multiple factors over many years. Such as education and work or choosing a partner.
