Ask a recruiter working for several hundred manufacturers and/or automotive tier1/2 suppliers in the Mid West.

Direct hires mostly, sometimes contracts
>What nationality are the companies?
Can't say, but I frequently deal with bilingual positions
>Do you work with current students/new grads/junior level/senior level/manager level/etc?
I work with every age group except current college students. But we do contact students who are close to graduation
>What fields of employment do you not work with?
Arts, theater, medical, aerospace, oil, fashion, retail, and pretty much anything not manufacturing outside of the Mid-west. Obvi more but I cannot help with those listed.

Five years. Started early in college and continued two years after graduation. Got my dream career, but I see a lot of questions on /sci/ I might be able to help with.

I also would like to add that business questions are totally acceptable! Especially sales, accounting, HR, administrative, etc.
