Expect an easy major full of unmotivated neckbeards and bros.

Expect to learn very little, unless you go out of your way to take classes that aren't mandatory.

You don't need to learn anything before.

If you are going to specialize in something, I suggest theory, or computer architecture/systems. Theory is interesting (mostly at a graduate level, though), and if you learn comp arch, at least you're not going to be one of those apes who just hack away with no regard of how they are using resources, and haven't the faintest clue of proper memory management.

Expect to learn next to nothing as you waste $30K of your money and 4 years of your life.

Is there any branch that specializes in reversing and pen testing?

get a certification. there is no difference between the certification courses and university courses. you skip all the prereqs. start projects and learn by doing, not theorizing.

To be honest, the field of artificial intelligence and big data can get you somewhere. There are lot of interesting problems in this area, and, from self-experience, top level industries are trying to get good candidate for big data analysis.
That being said, I think you'll need a PhD to be competitive. It's not very hard but for sure it takes times. After a PhD focused in big data, you'll get easily a dev job, which will give you some time to find a research engineer job.
