Is Pomodoro worth it? Taking 10 min break every hours sounds like a lot.

If you can only focus your attention on one thing for 50 minutes you have a short attention span. This bullshit is for spoiled millennial manchildren

> be me
> do pomodoro
> 4 hours of math:
> first break: stand up and stretch my body to prevent shortening of muscles.
> second break: push in some quick language drills while standing, fill my pitcher with water
> third break: make myself a tea and write up a grocery list.
> fourth break, 15 min break: Wash dishes, do some stretches. Visit the toilet. Groom my face.
> fifth break: write quickly applications for jobs, save them as a draft
> sixth break: check them for typos and errors.
>seventh break: visit the toilet and send my mail
> eighth break, 15 min break: prepare the food, let it cook slowly and work out.
> Then scarf it down like a wolf.
Figur8ng out, what to do in the break is at first problematic.
I found out that trying to finish something in a specific time is a good idea to estimate the best use of your break time.
