Hey /sci/, I'm an aspiring astronomer/astronaut, and would like to know the place where you guys buy your telescopes? Please and thanks.

Ebay is for certified dealers and used Thinkpads.
But that is just my opinion. With enough research you can buy anything used. I was kinda brainwashed by Judge Judy and those people selling a "Phone" at full price and the customer receiving a picture of a phone and the seller getting busted when the description had the item weight of a phone. And my dad having to return his expensive ass college football helmets because they had giant gashes on them. Waiting 7 days for an item and having to return it dosn't sound like fun and ties up everyone's assets.

enjoy your frozen account for no reason.
Pawnshops are okay but they take a pretty big cut for second hand goods so you are probably better off hooking up with a guy on Craigslist and meeting at the Walmart Parking lot to cut out the middle man.
