The Idiot is a fantastic read
Crime and Punishment is a classic
The Adoslecent is a bit dry
Demons is great
Most, if not all his short stories are simply fantastic.

A bunch of textbooks, some philosophy (Wittgenstein's philosophical investigations). Also: What is life? by Schrödinger, which is quite interesting.
For fiction I'm currently reading Bulgakov's Master and margarita, which is truly great so far.

It's some good, interesting shit. Would recommend to anyone who gives a shit about mental illness.

In my own opinion, it is, in its own right, a classic with valuable metaphors and interpretations for human nature. But goddammit if it wasn't pretentious.
