I picked Linus up for 4 dollars and the other for 8 dollars. I'm learning about gen chemistry myself before I go back to college for a different major.

ive read most Dostoyevsky EXCEPT Brothers Karamazov

The Idiot is a fantastic read
Crime and Punishment is a classic
The Adoslecent is a bit dry
Demons is great
Most, if not all his short stories are simply fantastic.

I have brother karamazov sitting in my counter and for some reason can get myself to start it

the russians put out a soap opera based on the Idiot. I have it downloaded. its wonderful but as is often the case, the book is far superior

A bunch of textbooks, some philosophy (Wittgenstein's philosophical investigations). Also: What is life? by Schrödinger, which is quite interesting.
For fiction I'm currently reading Bulgakov's Master and margarita, which is truly great so far.

Good to know, I am self learning at the moment. The reason I have the other Gen Chem book is because someone told me Pauling's version is slightly outdated.

and I'm listening to A History of Western Philosophy by Bertrand Russell on audiobook while I work out

The George Washington bio has made me swear off political biographies forever. I just hate politics too much.

"The Three Christs of Ypsilanti (1964) is a book-length psychiatric case study by Milton Rokeach, concerning his experiment on a group of three paranoid schizophrenic patients at Ypsilanti State Hospital[1] in Ypsilanti, Michigan. The book details the interactions of the three patients, Clyde Benson, Joseph Cassel, and Leon Gabor, who each believed himself to be Jesus Christ."

It's some good, interesting shit. Would recommend to anyone who gives a shit about mental illness.

In my own opinion, it is, in its own right, a classic with valuable metaphors and interpretations for human nature. But goddammit if it wasn't pretentious.
