Is calculus I-IV (includes multivariable and ODEs) along with some miscellaneous higher maths enough pre-requisite knowledge for Complex Analysis? No other analysis classes, but I'm slowly making my way through Rudin as well.

Undergrad complex analysis classes generally aren't. If it's largely a computation sort of class that you share with a bunch of engineers, you're safe. The fact that your school's letting you take it without a real analysis course as a prereq suggests that this is the case.

It's actually a grad level course in applied math that I want to take for major credit. I'm up for a challenge, just want to know what I should expect to see.

You can probably get through it, but your life would be much easier if you just waited until you had taken an undergrad real analysis course.

Basic Complex Analysis by Marsden

I think this might be the safest course of action. Should I ask for the professor's advice as well?

You know what, I'm actually a retard. Preface to the textbook says:
>This text is intended for undergraduates in mathematics, the physical sciences, and engineering who are taking complex analysis for the first time. Two years of calculus, up through calculus of several variables and Green's theorem, are adequate preparations for this course.

in my uni, those courses plus Formal Proof are the prerequisites.
