I'm not a troll or nothing, but just consider if the premise of this movie is real.... what would it mean to you, and to science in general? Would everything, literally, be out the window?

why would anything be out the window? There would be a rational explanation whether we are intelligent enough at this point in time to see it as rational or not. For example maybe a conclusion we come to in the future is that we must be in a simulation. Hell, maybe you are the only real, conscious person in the entire world and everyone else - philosophical zombies - and your universe is a simulation created around you?
