Need help lost between request, advice, do it yourself

> in 3rd world country for vacation
> own lots of land
> lots a green land in the country with lots of valleys
> want to build a plane
> nothing fancy
> preping to have parachute


KNow the physics but I don't know what sort of engine I should use, if any of you guys know a good book on aerospace engineering (basics) I would apreciate it also any blue prints would be great
