Scientifically the future can't be predicted due to uncertainty, for example the more accurately you know the location of a particle, the less accurately you know the speed. Therefore the future cannot be fixed because of these uncertainties. So in a sense, we are creating parallel universes through conscious thought in much the same way a dog does when it shits.

Nope. All the parallel universes already exist for every possible outcome of any game of chance and of any decision. You just happen to exist in the one where everything had the outcome that was observed. We dont create anything, its all there already. Always has been and always will be.
