I don't know if this is a /fit/ or /sci/ question but I figured I'd ask this here since this board has a higher average IQ.

I urinate a lot. I would estimate more than 15 times a day. It's gotten to the point where I need to piss in a bottle so I don't waste gallons of water by flushing (I don't collect piss-bottles since my neckbeard isn't that strong and I re-use the same plastic bottle anyway). How much water I drink doesn't seem to make that big an impact, although it does change the urine's color. I have to drink unnatural amounts of water or else I feel thirsty all the time. How do I solve this problem?

Shit. Really? Doctors have been entirely worthless in finding treatments or even causes for my other debilitating health problems, and I don't see that ever changing.

Polyuria has many different causes. I don't want to scare you, but when it appears with polydipsia it is most commonly related to diabetes.
You should see a doctor immediately

Dude high intake of water and frequent urination is either a symptom of drinking too much water or diabetes.

Your other problems are probably caused by being a fat fuck
