Denote the 4x2 matrix A as follows

[ a_11 a_12 ]
[ a_21 a_22 ]
[ a_31 a_32 ]
[ a_41 a_42 ]

Then
a_11= [1 -3 4] x [5, -2, -3]
a_12= [1 -3 4] x [0, 11, 12]
a_21 =[2 10 -7] x [5, -2, -3]
etc
a_42 = [0 0 0] x [0, 11, 12]

Then you'll have the 4x2 matrix
