Since we are intelligent biological entities, we are by definition aliens to another intelligent species that is non-native to the Earth, wouldn't you agree?

so we know aliens exist, we are aliens. Maybe not as technologically advanced as what we typically think aliens are, but by definition, we are aliens.

Sure, we are alien to another intelligent species but not alien by definition, for example a Japanese is a foreigner for us, but we need US to exist and say they are foreigners.

I think you misunderstood my intention of calling us aliens. I meant to invoke the idea that there possibly is other intelligent life in the universe, and that we have the potential to become a highly advanced civilization. See that's the thing, we don't think of ourselves as aliens, to us we're not, but to another intelligent species we legitimately are aliens. So there is your answer to whether intelligent life exists in the universe or not! We are the aliens! Aliens can and do exist. Us.
