/sci/ I've passed out in the past multiple times and hit the floor with my head (asphalt, wood) and now I'm trying to figure out all the functions and algorithms inside my head that fail, i've got a pretty decent list so far but I dont know how to name this one.

>My brain selects wrong value from given collection of elements for example

If i want to write 30 minutes sometimes i will write 30 hours because mind stores objects with same type in one collection aka Time_Units ( second,min,day,hour,year,month,week,etc..)
If i want to write "subtitle" i wrote "selection" because in my mind I have it stored under collection of CSS words that begin with "s" letter

How is this disorder called?

I don't think hitting your head can really do this, sounds more like a developmental problem. There is a treatment for epilepsy where they basically sever the connection between the left and right hemisphere of the brain in order to stop the "thunder storms" in the brains of those people, however a side effect is that they can't name objects they see with their left eye only or vice versa, they know what it is, they just can't find the word for it until the other eye joins in. Likewise they cannot recognise shape if it is turned around. You might have something similar where the halves of your brain fail to properly communicate. tl;dr seek medical advise from a professional.

sometimes i leave entire words out of sentences. i can't really explain it and sometimes it just removes all meaning. I won't even notice until after I've posted sometimes.

S- sometimes I'll be half way through writing a sentence and have to mentally repeat the remaining part to refresh the short term memory and will write the start of the next word instead of the end of the current one. It's a mild annoyance but I think it's just because of being out of practise with handwriting/gotten too used to the timing with typing.
