Doesn't it bother you that most coveted award in science is Nobel's dynamite money?

Surely the awards that have far more professional and has more meritocratic judges such as those in scientific communities, established authors etc. should be more considered more prestigious and coveted if the intentions of science truly are as "noble" and "pure" as you say, but of course it's not. Why is not? Because only Nobel's award gives you lots of money.

If your greatest aspirations is to get the scraps of money left behind by dead, successful engineers, then why not study engineering in the first place and start your own company?

>Thinking everything is part of your stupid HS kiddie debate.
>Thinking engineering degrees existed back then.
>Not knowing how the word has always been used to describe technical industrialists.
>Being a retard in general.

This is obviously about the shit spouted by academic "pure" researchers of how they supposedly care more about recognition. Versus say someone with a Physics degree applying his knowledge to make money doing "enigneering".
