Hello /sci/ I need help hoping to find someone knowledgeable of speech pathology

>be me 21 y'ol Caucasian, bilingual, top student 3.9 GPA applying for Nursing School.
>Dealing with Fluency Disorder since 3 y'ol
>My fluency approved as I got older (ex. 7 y'ol took me a minute to say my name, 18 was able to read out loud fluently in public and talk fluently with closer people)
>When I play computer/console games (Minecraft, Runescape, CoD, Halo, Destiny) least 2 hours I can't say a phrase without a lag/secondary characteristics
>If I don't play any of above for 5 days I'll be completely fluent
>If I don't masturbate for 3 days I'll be completely fluent
>If I don't get an adequate sleep I'll stutter ti'll I get some sleep
>Exercise seem to reduce time lapse

Anyone know why do I stutter after playing games? Questions welcome. pic related
