I found a form of self-hypnosis I'm calling The Belief Effect. Here is one simple experiment you need to try, before you go to bed believe you will have a certain dream. You can also create a signal (includes tapping a certain part of your body) that indicates to your body to have a certain dream. You can also add feelings and more vividness to your dreams.
