What's the science of nofap? If you've done it, do you feel it increased your motivaton/focus/memory?

How much light escapes a black hole?

It isn't not fapping that benefits you, it's no porn.

Porn destroys your soul, and i am speaking scientifically. It just wrecks your brain.

I procrastinated less, read more, and was a bit more outgoing. I also found myself, for the first time in a long time, caring when a woman walked into the room. None of that was enough to stop me from fapping, though. I actually kind of regret it. I've fapped at least once a day since I was 8 — except that one month.

Wrong.

Both are beneficial.

This. Not fapping changes nothing in your body , but you will realize how much time you wasted and you will want to fill it with something productive. It's the mindset that changes.

I did nofap for six weeks. I was the same person throughout. Afterwards though I was a sex fiend and extreme deviant for like two weeks. It was awful. -10/10 would not do again.

i did nofap for approx 10 months one year in gr10; my grades were at their highest, i was happy most of the time and had a lot of close+casual friends..not much changed after that but i still can't believe that it's nothing but a placebo..if anything, it's to test yourself if you need a fresh start or something/want to stop feeling bad about yourself (as a placebo)

I'm more profap. Anytime I'm thinking about doing something, I fap first. 95% of the time, I realize my dick just wanted me to go outside so it could be around women. Then I usually just take a nap instead.
