Yeah, I know I should probably see a professional, but I'm one of those people that doesn't give overly much of a fuck about their health even when I'm in agony.

So I have an intense chest pain that starts right under my collar bone and feels constrictive, but it's paired with stomach cramps and nausea. Usually I'd put it down to 'I ate something funny', take some painkillers and call it a night, but the weird thing is the moment I lie on my back the pain completely dissipates.

Then the moment I stand back up again it returns in full force. It's weird to experience such an intense pain disappear so suddenly like that, and it feels a little euphoric really, that sensation when it vanishes. So what's up?
