when I started reading /sci about a week ago I got extremely angry very fast. This feeling has been resolved. My computer screen and mouse are still in tact. Even though I believe I should have quit right then and there since now my brain is fried and I am unable to do anything productive. Atleast It was not all for nothing. You realize that in all honesty none of what we do is discuss science, right? /sci/ is mostly just trash talk, trolling, and arguing over stupid shit like IQ tests, psychology, and philosophy. Occasionally someone makes a respectable math or science related post, but generally the responses are mostly off topic, or assuming a question is being posed, it is quickly resolved and the thread dies. Thats what 4chan is. We're not a science related board, we're just a board consisting of people who happen to like science and choose to spend their time dicking around with each other in between fap sessions.

Thats not to say /sci/ isn't interesting, it just isn't science.
