I just plugged a broken microwave in, In my room, and the power immediately went out in my room, and only my room. What do I do?

Also, it's not a broken microwave, it was a fully functional microwave that I had converted into a Jacobs ladder, and when I added a capacitor to it, that's when it blew a fuse.
