How do I know what a qualify for for Graduate school? I don't want to start applying unless I have a decent idea what level I'm capable of.

I went to a shitty state university and majored in mathematics with a minor in physics. I have research and have solid recommendations. What seems to be good, I scored an 890 on a practice physics GRE test and a 970 on a practice math GRE test.

Am I going anywhere? Should I apply for both math and physics places?
