I've decided that I want to enroll in the Computational Finance Masters program at CMU. I'm currently going into my 4th year at UWaterloo (Nanotechnology Engineering), with a 3.0 GPA (achieved this with minimal effort). I am certain I can score a really high mark on my GRE and achieve a 4.0 GPA in my last year.

How can I increase my odds of getting into this program? What subjects should I self-study and in what order? Have any of you completed this program/know someone who has? Thanks!

It's the top ranked quant finance program according to quantnet, and your GPA is kinda crap. The average is 3.73. The odds are against you on this one.
