Why am I unable to report posts? Honestly most of the content posted these days deserves to be deleted but I seem to have lost the ability to report the shit that goes on here.

Ok, here's mine:

Is there a version of QM where phase space is used?
As in, the wave function would be a probability density over the phase space, instead of the configuration space.

There is a phase space formulation of QM but I am pretty sure there is no notion of a wavefunction therein. I am not particularly familiar with it however.

Wouldn't this be somewhat similar to Density Functional Theory, and necessarily be an approximation?
