How do I get into STEM with a philosophy degree?

I spoke to a careers advisor today who told me that many companies offer technical graduate schemes that will take any degree subject. However, I'm yet to find one.

Is there any way I can redeem myself? Or am I doomed?

Go study some science and get a science degree. Your philosophy degree doesn't give you any STEM qualifications and you were probably even indoctrinated with their usual anti-science dogma.
