Yeah we'll all die some day but it won't necessarily be that painful (chances are it will be happening under swift and/or unconscious conditions) and furthermore once death occurs you won't know any difference or pain.

So while the possibility of a painful death indeed is a scary thought it's not something you can take for granted and thus nothing you really need to worry about or even prepare yourself for. Instead you should focus on life and make the best out of it.
